**Return Policy**

1. **Returns**: You can return 3D printed items within 30 days if they are in original condition and packaging. Customized or altered items cannot be returned.

2. **Defective Items**: If your item is damaged or defective, contact Kreations by Kris within 7 days of receiving it for return shipping information.

3. **Return Process**: To start a return, email kreationsbykris3d@gmail.com for a return authorization number. Returns without this number may not be processed. A return shipping label will be provided for eligible items.

4. **Refunds**: Upon receiving and verifying your return, we’ll process your refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear.
